What Brings Me a Sense of Ease

When I’m not cheerleading people toward health and healing, you can find me hiking with my dog, Gryffindor, or cuddling up next to my family lost in a book.

Life can be tough, and sometimes you find yourself overwhelmed facing challenging relationships, stressful changes, and painful past experiences. It can be difficult to know who to turn to for support and how to hold on to hope. Along the way, you can lose yourself and the ability to connect with those you love, often pushing away your needs and not taking time for yourself. All of this can lead to long-term issues for your mind and body. I believe there is hope for you to take a step back from it all and learn to build a life you love living.

I offer a custom approach to each of my patients. We start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing, then help you put a plan in place to move forward as we celebrate your successes along the way. I offer Christian counseling in an inclusive, safe space through virtual appointments to suit your schedule.

Having worked in several ministry and organizational leadership positions over the past 20 years, my passion lies in equipping communities to develop healthy practices that can sustain the work they do for years to come. In the current leadership and mental health crisis we are facing, I am committed to developing resources for church and community leaders to grow safe, abuse-free environments where people can build belonging and thrive together.

My expertise lies in executive team training, pastoral and leadership mental health support and coaching, expert mental health consultation services, and team culture and health development. Please contact me for more information regarding how I can support you, your team, and your community to reach your goals of health.

The first step in improving yourself and your life is the hardest, especially when you’re dealing with overwhelming feelings and life circumstances. I would love to come alongside you as you take that initial step. Let's see how we can begin the process together.
